PlasmaCare University (PCU)
PlasmaCare University is your ticket to the knowledge and skills that will help you achieve your greatest potential at PlasmaCare. PlasmaCare University was developed to address the training needs of our staff at all levels of the organization. It is modeled after a typical university’s organization and catalog, and divides our business into four major areas of focus and general knowledge requirements.
Our program, unique in the industry, offers the opportunity to earn degrees in:
- Leadership: Students enrolled in the College of Leadership learn more about various leadership styles and have a better understanding of the impact they have on others and how to lead more effectively. This is accomplished with leading-edge technology including executive coaching, online training and several unique learning formats.
- Quality: Students enrolled in the College of Quality learn more about reinforcing our current methods of improvement while recognizing the need for process and performance improvement. This helps students adapt to rapidly-changing environments, build new and better ways to work and succeed in a competitive marketplace.
- Training: Students enrolled in the College of Training have the opportunity to open the doors to learning. It is inspiring, challenging and unique to become a trainer at PlasmaCare. This is a career that offers variety, challenges and rewards to its students
- Plasmapheresis: Students enrolled in the College of Plasmapheresis have the opportunity to learn about our core business at PlasmaCare. Every student learns our standard operating procedures and safety measures. Students are cross-trained in all areas of the Plasmapheresis process to ensure that they are well-rounded individuals as they work their way into the other colleges that we offer.
Through our activity-based learning program, you'll develop portable skills that will help you succeed at PlasmaCare and throughout your career. The classes are held during work hours and there is absolutely no cost to you.
